Welcome to your Team Experience Planning Kit.
Whether you’re planning a leadership retreat, team offsite, professional development session, or simply exploring what an Enneagram experience could look like, this kit is designed to make the process easier.
You don’t need to be an Enneagram expert, or have all the details figured out yet.
A good place to begin is with three questions:
1. What do you want your team to walk away with?
Better communication? Stronger relationships? More self-awareness? Help navigating tension? A shared language the team can continue using?
Â
2. How much time do you realistically have?
A two-hour introduction can create awareness. A half or full day gives the team more room to explore, discuss and apply what they're learning.
3. What happens after the experience?
The best team development doesn't end when everyone leaves the room. Think about how the language can show up in meetings, feedback, communication and everyday work afterward.
