I created this Starter Kit to share some of those real-world insights, practical tools, and lessons learned to help you create meaningful Enneagram experiences of your own. You don't need to have your entire workshop figured out before getting started.

A Note on Pricing
What Should I Charge for an Enneagram Workshop?
Pricing your Enneagram workshops involves more than deciding what to charge for the time you spend facilitating. You're providing a complete experience that includes your knowledge, preparation, workshop design, and the value you bring to your clients.
As you establish your pricing, consider the full scope of the experience. How much time will you spend preparing, communicating with the client, customizing materials, and following up afterward? Will you need to account for assessments, participant resources, travel, or other expenses? A two-hour workshop may involve considerably more than two hours of your time.
It's also important to consider your audience and the type of experience you're delivering. An introductory workshop for a small group may require a different level of preparation and customization than a leadership retreat or a multi-session development program. Rather than pricing every experience the same way, consider creating a few clear offerings that reflect the different levels of support you provide.
Remember, you're not simply selling Enneagram information. You're designing and facilitating an experience that helps people better understand themselves, connect with others, and apply what they've learned. Your pricing should reflect the complete service you're providing, while remaining appropriate for your experience, your clients, and the business you're building.
