1. What is the Enneagram MBA DIY Workshop Kit?
The DIY Enneagram Workshop Kit is a ready-to-use, two-hour introductory Enneagram workshop designed to help groups explore the nine types, better understand themselves and one another, and begin applying what they learn to their everyday relationships.
The kit includes presentation slides, facilitator talking points, interactive activities, printable handouts, and participant resources.
Rather than building an entire workshop from scratch, you can use these materials as the foundation for an engaging group experience.
2. What is the Facilitator Commercial License?
The Facilitator Commercial License is an add-on to the DIY Workshop Kit that allows Enneagram coaches, facilitators, consultants, and other professionals to use the included workshop materials when delivering paid experiences to their own clients.
With the Commercial License, you can customize and rebrand the materials, incorporate them into your own professional services, and use them with unlimited clients and workshops.
The standard DIY Kit is intended for personal or internal organizational use. If you plan to use the materials as part of your own paid facilitation services, you'll need the Commercial License.
3. Who is the Commercial License designed for?
The Commercial License is designed for professionals who want to incorporate Enneagram workshops into their existing services or expand into group facilitation.
This may include Enneagram coaches, leadership coaches, organizational development consultants, corporate trainers, independent facilitators, and other professionals who work with teams and groups.
Whether you're preparing to lead your first Enneagram workshop or looking for a more efficient way to deliver experiences you already offer, the kit provides materials you can incorporate into your facilitation business.
4. Do I need to be Enneagram certified to use the kit?
The DIY Workshop Kit provides presentation materials, facilitator notes, and activities to help you prepare for and lead an introductory Enneagram experience.
However, the kit is not an Enneagram certification or facilitator training program.
If you plan to offer Enneagram workshops professionally, we encourage you to develop a strong understanding of the framework and gain the knowledge and facilitation experience needed to guide meaningful conversations, answer participant questions, and use the Enneagram responsibly.
Using the Workshop Materials
5. Can I customize and rebrand the workshop materials?
Yes! The Commercial License allows you to customize the materials and fully rebrand them for your own facilitation business.
You can remove Enneagram MBA branding, incorporate your own logo and brand colors, and adapt the presentation and activities to align with your audience, facilitation style, and desired outcomes.
The goal is to give you a professionally designed foundation that you can make your own while maintaining the integrity of the Enneagram concepts.
6. Can I use the kit with different types of groups?
The workshop was originally designed for workplace teams and organizations, with a focus on self-awareness, communication, and working relationships.
However, the concepts and activities may also be relevant to other group settings.
As the facilitator, you'll want to consider your audience and adapt the examples, language, and discussion questions to make the experience relevant to their needs.
7. Can I use the materials for both virtual and in-person workshops?
The kit provides a foundation that can be adapted for virtual or in-person facilitation.

8. Can I use the kit to create a longer workshop or development program?

9. Can I share the slides, activities, or facilitator materials with my clients?
The Commercial License allows you to use the materials when facilitating workshops for your own clients, but it does not allow you to transfer the license or distribute the complete workshop kit for others to use independently.
You may share participant-facing resources as part of the workshops you deliver.
Facilitator materials and editable presentation files are for your use as the licensed facilitator and may not be distributed to clients or other professionals for independent workshop delivery.
If a client wants to purchase the materials to lead future workshops internally, they can explore the DIY Workshop Kit for their own organization.
Commercial License Terms
10. How long does the Commercial License last?
Your Commercial License is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the workshop materials and the right to continue using them in your own facilitation business.
There are no annual licensing fees or required renewals.
11. How many workshops can I facilitate with the Commercial License?
There is no limit!
Your Commercial License allows you to use the workshop materials with unlimited clients and deliver as many paid workshops as you'd like.
Whether you're facilitating a few workshops each year or incorporating the materials into an ongoing part of your business, you won't need to purchase an additional license for each client or workshop.
12. Can I share my Commercial License with another coach or facilitator?
No. The Commercial License is issued to the individual purchaser and is intended for their own professional facilitation services.
If you work with another coach, consultant, or facilitator who would like to independently deliver workshops using these materials, they will need to purchase their own Commercial License.
Your license does not permit you to train other facilitators to deliver the workshop using the licensed materials or transfer your license to another individual or organization.
13. Will I receive future updates to the Workshop Kit?
Yes! Your Commercial License includes access to future updates to the DIY Workshop Kit at no additional cost.
As we make improvements to the existing workshop materials, you'll have access to the updated versions.
This allows you to continue using the materials as a foundation for your workshops without purchasing the kit again.
Building Your Facilitation Business
14. Can I charge clients to attend workshops using these materials?
Yes, again! That's exactly what the Facilitator Commercial License is designed to support.
With the appropriate license, you can incorporate the workshop materials into the paid Enneagram experiences you deliver to your own clients.
You remain responsible for setting your own fees, managing client relationships, and delivering the experience.
15. Can I market the workshop as my own service?
Yes, you can incorporate the workshop into your own professional services and promote it under your own business name.
The Commercial License allows you to customize and rebrand the materials so the workshop reflects your business and facilitation style.
The license does not establish an Enneagram certification, partnership, or formal affiliation with Enneagram MBA.
16. Does Enneagram MBA provide clients or help me sell workshops?
The Commercial License provides access to workshop materials for use in your own facilitation business. It does not include client referrals, guaranteed bookings, or an ongoing sales program.
You bring your own expertise, client relationships, and business development efforts.
The kit helps reduce the time you spend developing workshop materials so you can focus more of your energy on preparing for and delivering client experiences.
17. How much should I charge for an Enneagram workshop?

Rather than pricing based only on the number of hours you're facilitating, consider the complete service you're providing to your client.
