The Difference Between Enneagram Type 1 and Type 5Jul 05, 2022
The Enneagram Type 1 is known as the Improver, the Reformer, or the Perfectionist, striving to feel perfect, good, right, and correct.
The Enneagram Type 5 is known as the Expert, the Observer, or the Investigator, striving to feel self-sufficient, capable, and informed.
If you're still struggling to narrow down your dominant Enneagram type between these two, this video below and the podcast episode above will give you additional insight into some of the key differences, including how each of them:
- handles conflict
- manages stress
- makes decisions
- sets boundaries (or doesn't...)
- and experiences feelings
If you know of someone else that might be helped by this, please share!
