At Enneagram MBA, we use the Awareness to Action Enneagram, which focuses on two key dimensions of personality to bring self-awareness training to your sports staff.

Dimension 1: Core Instincts (The 3 Instinctual Biases)

This is what we pay attention to first - our unconscious priority in navigating the world:

Preserving (safety/security), Navigating (social belonging), or Transmitting (influence and visibility).

Why it matters:

Keeping Travel Simple

To keep things simple, if you choose an on-site experience, we'll handle the planning and travel booking. The standard travel fee state-side is $1895 and includes a 2-night stay so that we're on time, rested, and ready to bring your team an incredible experience - and so that we're never rushed at the end. International travel is welcome! We'll work with you more closely on those logistics and travel costs. If you happen to be within driving distance of one of our trainers, we'll work out the local travel option.

*For bookings made within 30 days of your workshop, a $400 rush fee will be added to cover the additional costs of flights and to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering a great experience!
