Enneagram Team Workshop Spotlight: SafKan Health

Earlier this year in 2023, I had the opportunity to guide the SafKan Health team through an Enneagram Experience.

I was so impressed with how curious and genuine the team was to learn about and understand each other's preferences and motives.

"My favorite part of the workshop was being able to ask my teammates directly how to best communicate and interact with them."

With a full-time remote team, there can be some challenges that come up around communication. I loved how open and invested each team member was to dig into their own communication style and the impact of that style - and the interest in their teammates' communication preferences and needs.

The Enneagram is fun to learn about, but when you get into actually applying it to real life it's not always easy and this group took on the challenge.



They're a fast-growing company with plans to bring in more team members soon. From what I experienced, those new teammates will be walking into a healthy and growth-oriented culture.
