Meet Your Louisville-Area Speaker

I'm Sarah Wallace, founder of Enneagram MBA, host of the Enneagram at Work podcast, and a certified Enneagram coach and workplace facilitator.

I've spent more than 20 years working in relationship-driven roles, from sales team environments to collaborating with government agencies and organizations across different industries.

What I've learned is that so much of our success at work depends on how well we understand the people around us.

Today, I bring that perspective to conference stages, leadership events, and company gatherings, using the Enneagram to help people recognize patterns in how they communicate, lead, collaborate, and navigate differences.

My speaking style is conversational, energetic, and grounded in real workplace experiences, with enough humor to keep the room engaged and practical takeaways to keep the conversation going.
