I'm always so impressed by the team, the leadership, and the culture that's been built and nurtured that allows people to feel safe enough to share so openly in a work setting.
The team at Mars Petcare was an incredible example of this respect and care for one another that makes a workshop experience meaningful ... and fun. :)
